CEO Message

 Greetings to all !!!

While bidding adieu to the summers and welcoming the pitter-patter of rain falling on the window sill and splashing on the streets, we feel happy    and exited to spell out our successful and eventful happenings in the last few months.

The most eventful day for us was the unveiling of our “Coffee Table Book” by Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Skill   Development and Entrepreneurship, GoI and Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhanji, Chief Minister, M.P. The book vividly presents our successful journey and how CRISP has carved a niche for itself over the past 20 years.

Another feather in our cap - CRISP has found a place in the prestigious book “New Beginning" published by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Government of India, and released by Hon’ Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji in May this year. In a separate chapter titled “Women Bike Mechanics – A reality In Madhya Pradesh”, CRISP’s efforts in organising this innovative training exclusively for females, probably 1st time in the country, has been highlighted.

Further to this, we have entered into partnership with several Sector Skill Councils, in our capacity as a “Skills Training Provider” and signed an agreement with Madhya Pradesh Skill Development Mission, for Skill Development Programmes under “Mukhya Mantri Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana” and “Mukhyamantri Kaushalya Yojana”.

We have also expanded our facilities in the area of Solar Energy; we have set up a Solar Lab for providing training in “Installation and maintenance of PV Solar systems”; another dimension to our wagon such as Training partners with big players like Volkswagen, TVS, D-Link, Siemens and IBM, we have entered into Partnership as an Authorised Training partner with Tally ERP.

The IT Consultancy division of CRISP has developed its outreach in other States with our e-Governance, e-Education and e-Commerce Enterprise IT solutions. I feel proud to share that Pawan Hans Limited, Govt of India, the leading aviation services company known for its exclusive Helicopter services, is running their business on CRISP ERP solutions. In addition to this, the Punjab University, a leading University of North India is happy with our “Online Admission and Counselling system” for taking admissions in their University for 2017 session.

After our success in imparting Training of persons belonging to the North-East (DoNEAR) in Industrial Automation and Fashion Technology, we have bagged another prestigious order from the Meghalaya Govt. for providing Technical Consultancy for the Up gradation of their existing ITIs under Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded programme. As usual, we continue serving the Industries and Government in Training their employees, and supporting the Industries’ in their CSR initiatives by offering employment oriented skill development programmes.

The valuable order from GIF Jabalpur and Andritz Hydro Ltd. adds value to our Training cum Production Centre.

A brief about our overseas centre in Ethiopia - we have signed an MoU with the Addis Ababa City Government Occupational Competency Assessment And Certification Center and are now an authorized center for conducting the CoC exam for level 1 (Electrical); further we have also signed an MoU with Dire Dawa University for capacity building of their Faculty and Staff members.

At anytime, we feel indebted to our dynamic leaders of the present and the past who have led CRISP to such a great height with achievements succeeding one after the other; these achievements are the off-shoot of their dynamic leadership, encouragement and guidance.

Last but not the least, I am thankful to the entire result-oriented team of CRISP, which works collectively, with full zeal and energy and with the Vision of CRISP “To become a preferred destination for training, consultancy services in advanced technologies with global outreach”embedded in their minds, toiling continuously to take CRISP higher, and higher and higher……………………………………………
