𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, CRISP has conducted a specially designed 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 on 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 to enhance the professional efficiency of emotional management of senior officials of the Indian Coast Guards. The five-day workshop commenced on July 24, 2023, at the CRISP premises. Five participants from Mumbai, Lakshadweep, Porbandar, Gujarat, and Delhi took part in this training.
The sessions will be based on psychometric assessment, management games, brainstorming & group discussion methodology. The main objective of this training program is to help the participants manage well towards professional as well as personal life situations.
