CRISP recently conducted specially designed offline training programs for the staff members of the Indian Coast Guard, including Officers, Storekeepers, Foremen of Stores, and CSO staff. Participants from key locations across India- Port Blair, Kolkata, Jamnagar, Mumbai, Delhi, Kochin, and Vizag attended the certification programs held between September 23 and October 1, 2024. These programs are critical in supporting the participants’ career development, as the certifications they receive are tied to their promotional process, helping accelerate their progress within the organization.
The core objective of these programs is to enhance participants' professional skills in financial understanding, procurement and purchase management, and organizational behavior. Special emphasis is placed on helping them effectively manage team conflicts, improve communication skills, stay motivated, and balance work-life responsibilities. These sessions are guided by government policies and recent research and employ diverse methodologies, including psychometric assessments and management games, making the training both practical and engaging.
CRISP has been offering specialized, need-based training for defense personnel for over 20 years, and its programs have been highly appreciated by the Indian Coast Guard. This tradition of excellence continues to strengthen the operational efficiency and professional growth of defense personnel, aligning with CRISP’s ongoing commitment to developing leadership and management capabilities in key sectors.
