CRISP concludes a successful 10-day Training of Trainers program in Assistant Interior Design

ASISTANT INTERIOR

CRISP is proud to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive 10-day Training of Trainers program, specifically designed for 11 trainers specializing in the job role Assistant Interior Designer. Conducted from 27th September to 9th October 2024, this intensive program aimed to equip trainers with advanced skills and knowledge in interior design.

The assessment process, managed by Ms. Vandana Gulyani, Academic Head & Interior Designer Trainer from Sun Foundation World Class Skill Centre, featured a detailed evaluation system that included theory-based assessments, viva sessions, and practical evaluations.

Trainers participated in various hands-on assignments, such as preparing AutoCAD working drawings for bedroom designs and developing PowerPoint presentations on key interior design topics. Additionally, each trainer was required to submit Aadhar-linked photographs as part of the verification process.

Under the expert supervision of Mrs. Padma Ayyer, Consultant Interior Designer at CRISP, trainers gained an in-depth understanding of critical aspects like site supervision, planning, and accurate measurement techniques. The program’s structured approach ensured that trainers not only honed their technical skills but also mastered essential professional practices, preparing them to lead and mentor others effectively in the field of interior design.
