QA Expert (CMMI Level 3/5) 

BE(IT/CS) / MCA/ MCM/ M.Sc(IT/CS)

Certified ATM and having the six sigma certification will be added advantage.

· 10+ year experience in monitoring and manage the SEPG activity as per latest CMMI institute guideline.

· Identifies the problems and inefficiencies in the current process and defines activities to address them.

· Define/Enhance and maintain the QMS.

· Make sure maintains the policies/processes to be implemented across the organization.

· Facilitates the creation and maintenance of process definitions, in collaboration with team.

· Must have worked as a lead appraisal in IT organization.

· Perform the ISO audit with lead appraisal and prepare the report.

· Perform the CMMI audit with lead appraisal and prepare the report.

· Perform project audits and milestone checks in the identified products/projects with internal team and proposed the plan for improvement.

· Prepare dashboards for reporting project progress to key stakeholders and CRISP management.

· Prepare detailed plans to track project performance and enable timely reporting to management.

· Monitor performance and improvement in key metrics on an ongoing basis.

· Ensure closure of identified project gaps by regular follow up with the project leads and manager.

· Conduct a thorough risk assessment of all functions and domains, and identify gaps and areas for improvement with controls.

· Continuous engagement with project managers/team to awareness and ensure to follow the latest CMMi guideline effectively.
