The Behavioral Science Department at CRISP is hosting a 12-day Management Development Program (MDP) that will bring together 9 participants for an immersive learning experience in Management. Led by experts Dr. Sansmriti Mishra, Mr. KK Patairiya, and Mr. Ankit Gour, this program is sponsored by the Central Government and Defence sector.
Participants will engage in a series of workshops and sessions focused on personality development, including Strategic Leadership, Self-Awareness, and Calculated Risk. A SWOT analysis has already been conducted for them, setting the stage for deeper exploration and growth.
